What is one coping strategy that has genuinely helped you get through an anxious moment?

🌱 Belong Community Resource
Anyone else have that moment where your chest gets tight and your brain just starts spiraling out of nowhere? I feel like anxiety has a way of showing up right when you least expect it, and over time you kind of pick up little tricks that help you get through it, even if they don't fix everything. For me it's been a mix of things, some days it's just stepping outside for a minute to breathe, other days it's journaling for anxiety so I can actually see my thoughts instead of just spinning on them in my head. I know everyone's experience with anxiety treatment experiences looks different too, whether that's therapy, medication, lifestyle stuff, or just figuring things out on your own, and I think it helps to hear what's actually worked for real people instead of just generic advice. What is one coping strategy that has genuinely helped you get through an anxious moment?
